How do I change my password?

Changing your WhatPulse account password involves two steps: updating it on the website and updating it in the software.

1. Website

To start, change your password on the website. Go to the Dashboard -> Account page, enter your new password, and confirm it. Afterward, you'll receive an email with a verification link. Your password won't be updated until you click the verification link.

If you're no longer logged in and have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

2. App

After updating your password on the website, you'll notice that the app won't be able to send data anymore. To fix this, go to the Account tab in the app, click the Log out button, and then log back in with your updated password.

If you log in to the same account and link the app to the same computer profile, your unpulsed stats will be preserved, and you'll be able to continue sending data as usual.
