About Paddle

Paddle is a payment gateway that supports easy and fast checkout with creditcards and other payment methods. While checking out a Premium membership, you will be redirected to Paddle for payment processing.

About Premium Subscriptions

Premium service subscriptions give you access to all of the premium services that are available to WhatPulse users. Subscriptions are paid via Paddle, which offers credit card, PayPal, and other payment methods.

Activate Premium in WhatPulse

If you've purchased Premium (thanks!) and your client is not reflecting your premium status, there are two things you can do. Your client checks your premium status every time you pulse, or when you manually trigger an account information refresh.

Exporting Data from WhatPulse

WhatPulse provides the capability to export data in various formats, and all data within the Applications, Input, Network, and Uptime statistics are available. The exported data can be saved in either .csv or .png format. Two methods exist for exporting data: direct export and export through the wizard.

How to Manage Database Backups

The database of your local software stores all the essential statistics, and it's crucial to analyze your computing trends. To help you with this, WhatPulse Premium offers automatic database backups that are retained for up to two months. If you have backups available, the WhatPulse software will prompt you to restore them when you log in.

Profile Statistics Reports

There are two places where you can find statistics and reports about your profiles: the WhatPulse Dashboard and WhatPulse software. The software will show local stats for the computer it's running on, and the dashboard has all your profiles and stats so you can correlate between multiple computers.

Refund Policy

At WhatPulse, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
